1. Management Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Requirements of the TVET work integrated learning programme (specific to qualification)
  • Personal effectiveness
  • Ensure continuous learning in areas of study and develop/ maintain professional standards in adherence to organisational values.
  • Maintain stakeholder relations and client service

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification(s) at N6 level obtained from an accredited TVET institution in the following field: Management Assistant

2. Group Business Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Project Implementation Support
  • General Administration
  • Create and maintain training material and facilitation
  • Identify and test Success factors system configuration (Basic Testing)

  • Systems Support
  • Continuous Improvement and Quality Management

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

  • Bachelor degree
  • Computer literacy

DESIRED EDUCATION

  • Tertiary degree in HR, Industrial psychology, Commerce, Information Systems
